Licensed Assisted Living in Illinois, Missouri

The Bridges of Columbia offers additional levels of senior care for those who may need assistance with activities of daily living. An individualized service plan will be developed in partnership with the Resident, their family, our staff, and medical professionals. If a Resident should need additional assistance, they can receive this assistance in their own apartment, without having to move to other areas. Our assisted living is in compliance with licensing by the State of Illinois.

LEVEL ONE -- Additional $250.00 per month

• Includes all community amenities plus Medication reminders
• Assistance to and from the dining room
• Hearing aid assistance
• Reassurance and safety checks (Every 2 Hours)

LEVEL TWO -- Additional $500.00 per month

• Includes all community amenities plus the Level One services
• Shower assistance two times per week
• Assistance for those with short term memory loss
• Assistance in minimal transferring needs
• Assistance with urinary incontinence
